In 99 % der F\u00e4lle sind Bakterien im Einweichglas, im Wasser oder im Sprossenhalter die Ursache.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Sprosse ist voller Antioxidantien. Sie soll die empfindliche, junge Pflanze in den ersten Tagen ihres Wachstums unterst\u00fctzen. Das ist notwendig, weil eine Pflanze in der Natur st\u00e4ndig von Bakterien und Pilzen angegriffen wird.<\/p>\n<p>Da es sich bei Ihren Bio-Sprossensamen von FRESH SPROUT um nat\u00fcrliches Saatgut handelt &#8211; also nicht gentechnisch ver\u00e4ndert &#8211; enth\u00e4lt die Pflanze den ganz nat\u00fcrlich hohen Anteil an Antioxidantien, den sie von Natur aus hat.<\/p>\n<p>Manchmal wird die Pflanze trotzdem krank. Das Saatgut von FRESH SPROUTS wird von Europas f\u00fchrendem Anbieter von Sprossensamen bezogen. Es ist sehr wichtig, dass Sie das Glas mit einem v\u00f6llig sauberen Schwamm oder einer B\u00fcrste abwaschen, die Sie nur f\u00fcr Ihr Glas zum Einweichen und f\u00fcr die Keimschale verwenden. So k\u00f6nnen Sie keine unerw\u00fcnschten Bakterien auf Ihr Saatgut \u00fcbertragen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2) M\u00f6glicherweise haben Insekten Ihr Glas w\u00e4hrend des Einweichens &#8220;besucht&#8221;. In diesem Fall m\u00fcssen Sie die Samen entsorgen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">3) Wenn die Samen zu lange eingeweicht werden, beginnen sie zu g\u00e4ren. Es ist sehr ungesund f\u00fcr die Samen und zerst\u00f6rt die Keimf\u00e4higkeit der Samen. Die optimale Einweichzeit ist auf allen Saatgutt\u00fcten von FRESH SPROUTS angegeben. Die empfohlenen Zeiten gelten jedoch nur f\u00fcr Saatgut in diesem Gesch\u00e4ft.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">4) Das Glas ist zu hei\u00df, so dass die Samen zu g\u00e4ren beginnen. Das Glas muss auf dem K\u00fcchentisch im Schatten stehen. Oft sind die Formen Wurzelhaare &#8211; Pfahlwurzeln &#8211; verzweigte Wurzeln. Sprossen mit Wurzelhaaren sind: Rettich, Brokkoli, Raps, Sonnenblumen, Gr\u00fcnkohl, Kohl, Mais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Wurzelhaare sind sehr dichte Wurzeln, die zum Verwechseln \u00e4hnlich wie wei\u00dfer Schimmel aussehen. Sie sind besonders deutlich ab dem 2. bis 4. Tag des Anbaus.
