LICORICE TASTING GREEN SALAD

 20 g sunflower seeds for sprouts
 2 stalks fresh fennel
 1 large handful of fresh spinach
 ¼ ripe avocado
 1 c-à-s avocado oil
 ½ fresh lime

Soak the sunflower seeds for 8 hours and grow them for 7 days in a SproutSearl Sprouter without soil. Harvest the sprouts and place them in a bowl of water. Remove the shells after 10 minutes in the water. Now your sunflower sprouts are ready for the dish.

Rinse all the other ingredients and cut the green. Serve on a plate and with the fresh lime next to it.
