Smoothie au cacao avec des pousses de pois

COCOA SMOOTHIE FOR VEGANS, GREEN KETO OR LCHF

 10 g organic peas for sprouting
 1 ripe avocado
 2 c-à-s raw cacoa powder
 1 c-à-s raw sesame seeds
 1 c-à-c raw hemp seeds
 1 c-à-s rice protein
 ½ organic red grape fruit
 1 tasse rice milk
 1 c-à-c cocoa bits and/or blue berries

Soak the peas in a glass with clean water for 8 hours. Then pour it into the SproutPearl sprouter and cultivate for 14 days untill the shoots are 10 cm long. Cut the shoots from the peas and eat only the stems and leaves. The peas and roots cannot be eaten when cultivated to this stage.

Add all the ingedients except the sprouts to the blender and blend until you are satisfied with the consistency.

Pour into a glass and decorate with the pea shoots, cocoa bits and blue berries. Serve chilled.
