USE THE BEST SEEDS
When you choose high quality organic sprouting seeds you will get good germination rate and your little sprout garden will grow well for you.
THE RIGHT AMOUNT
Your sprouts grow best when there is a balance between the amount of seeds and the sprouter size. It is easily done with a few tips.
Dry sprouting seeds are in natural hypernation and do not start to grow until you soak the seeds in cool water in a clean glass in your kitchen.
INTO THE SPROUTER
Now the moist sprouting seeds are ready to grow. To start them off simply pour them into a suitable spouter and rinse with cool water.
Sprouts should neither grow in full sun nor in complete darkness. A clean place on the kitchen table in indirect daylight is the best spot.
Sprouts must be kept a little moist all through their growth and right until you enjoy them in your dish. This is easily obtained if you rinse them with clean, cool water 2 times a day.
Some sprouts should only grow to a small white root. Others must be grown until they get tiny leaves. Size depends on the type and taste of the sprout.
DINNER READY SPROUTS
Once your sprouts have grown to the desired size, they should be rinsed clean. A lemon bath will really give you clean sprouts for your food.
Cleanliness equals healthy sprouts. Before you start a new round of sprouts, clean your spouter well with dish washing soap and a clean sponge.
