A GREEN SMOOTHIE FOR VEGANS, GREEN KETO OR LCHF

 7 g Red or white clover seed for sprouts
 10 g Peas for sprouts
 1 large handful of spinach
 ¼ fresh cucumber
 ½ fresh lemon (juice)
 1 eetlepel rice protein powder
 3 blueberries or blackberries
 1 kop rice drink, coconut milk or a mix of the two
 Some dried or raw coconut flakes for decoration

Soak the clover seeds for 8 hours. Then grow them for 6 days until the leaves are unfolded and dark green. Harvest by placing the mature sprouts in a bowl of water and changing the water several times until most of the seed pods are gone.
Pea sprouts only need to grow for 1-2 days until they have a 1/2 cm long root. They must soak for 8-12 hours. So the two sprouts must be started on different days to be ready on the same day.

Save a few clover sprouts and pea sprouts for garnish. Put all other ingredients in the blender and process until the consistency is as you want it. Pour in more rice milk if desired.

Garnish your smoothie and serve immediately to get the most out of the vegetables' beneficial substances.
