In 99% van de gevallen zijn bacteri\u00ebn in het weekglas, het water of de sprouter de oorzaak.<\/p>\n<p>Een spruit zit vol antioxidanten. Het is om de kwetsbare, jonge plant te ondersteunen tijdens de eerste dagen van zijn groei. Dit is nodig omdat een plant in de natuur voortdurend wordt aangevallen door bacteri\u00ebn en schimmels.<\/p>\n<p>Omdat je biologische kiemzaden van FRESH SPROUT natuurlijke zaden zijn &#8211; dat wil zeggen, niet genetisch gemodificeerd &#8211; bevat de plant het volledig natuurlijke hoge niveau aan antioxidanten dat het van nature heeft.<\/p>\n<p>Soms wordt de plant toch ziek. Meestal zijn bacteri\u00ebn de oorzaak door een gebrek aan hygi\u00ebne bij het hanteren van de zaden, het weken of kweken. Maar het kan ook andere redenen hebben, die je kunt zien in de checklist hieronder. Zaden van FRESH SPROUTS worden gekocht bij Europa&#8217;s toonaangevende leverancier van kiemzaden. Mijn leveranciers garanderen het kiempercentage van de zaden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Wanneer ik de zaden ontvang, neem ik zelf ook een monster voor een kiemkrachttest. Pas als ik tevreden ben, zal ik de zaden gaan verkopen. Daarna herhaal ik de kiemtest van de zaden elke maand. Ik doe dit om ervoor te zorgen dat je altijd zaden met een hoge kiemkracht bij mij koopt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Het kan echter voorkomen dat de omstandigheden tijdens het transport naar jou de zaden hebben aangetast. Je doorbreekt de rustperiode en start de ontkieming door de zaden te weken in schoon, koel drinkwater in een volledig schoon glas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Elk type zaad heeft een andere inweektijd nodig. Je kunt de inweektijd zien op je FRESH SPROUT zaadzakjes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Het is belangrijk dat je de aanbevolen inweektijd in acht neemt. Als de zaden te kort staan, zullen ze niet genoeg water opnemen en ongelijkmatig of helemaal niet ontkiemen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Als de zaden daarentegen te lang in water liggen, beginnen ze te gisten. Het is net zo slecht voor je zaden als te kort weken. Het is heel belangrijk dat je het glas wast met een volledig schone spons of borstel, die je alleen gebruikt voor je glas om te weken en voor het kiembakje. Zo breng je geen ongewenste bacteri\u00ebn over op je zaden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2) Insecten kunnen je glas hebben &#8216;bezocht&#8217; tijdens het weken. In dit geval moet je de zaden weggooien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">3) Als de zaden te lang worden geweekt, gaan ze gisten. Het is erg ongezond voor de zaden en zal het vermogen van de zaden om te ontkiemen vernietigen. Je kunt de optimale inweektijd zien op alle zaadzakjes van FRESH SPROUTS. De aanbevolen tijden gelden echter alleen voor zaden in deze winkel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">4) Het glas is te heet, waardoor de zaden gaan gisten. Het glas moet in de schaduw op de keukentafel worden gezet. Dezelfde plek waar je ook je kiemcontainer zet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Je kunt proberen om zaden te kweken die een beetje schuim op het water hebben gehad. Vaak zijn de schimmels wortelharen &#8211; penwortels &#8211; vertakte wortels. Kiemen met wortelharen zijn: Radijs, Broccoli, Koolzaad, Zonnebloem, Boerenkool, Kool, Ma\u00efs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Wortelharen zijn zeer dichte wortels die er verwarrend uitzien als witte schimmel. Ze zijn vooral duidelijk vanaf dag 2-4 van de teelt. Het is belangrijk dat je de zaden controleert en sorteert voor\/na het weken. Verwijder altijd beschadigde zaden. Zaden kunnen gemakkelijk verschillende kleuren hebben en gezond zijn, maar als een zaadje helemaal zwart en verzonken is, moet het verwijderd worden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sorteren is belangrijk omdat zieke zaden tijdens de groei gaan rotten. Dit cre\u00ebert een slecht milieu in de spruitenbak, waardoor anders gezonde spruiten worden ge\u00efnfecteerd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Zelfs in de beste zaadmengsels zullen er altijd een paar gebroken of beschadigde zaden zitten. Daarom moeten kiemen ongestoord groeien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Je kunt dit verkrijgen door zachtjes te spoelen met zachte waterstralen. Beweeg de sprouter ook voorzichtig. Als zaden en spruiten in de container moeten worden verdeeld, laat dan de zachte waterstralen de spruiten bewegen in plaats van je vingers te gebruiken of hard te schudden. Laat de erwtenscheuten eerst groeien tot ze verschillende zijscheuten hebben.
