VITAMIN AND ANTIOXIDANT RICH JUICE WITH SUNFLOWER SPROUTS

 20 g sunflower seeds for sprouts
 1 fresh turmeric root
 10 sticks fresh ginger
 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
 2 sticks fresh celery leaves
 30 g fresh cucumber
 1 tbsp avocado oil, coconut oil or other omega 3 rich oil

Grow the sunflower seeds by soaking them for 8 hours and sprouting them in a SproutPerle sprouter for 6-7 days until the leaves have turned green. Rinse the sprouts, remove the outer shells and they are ready for your juice.

Put all the ingredients in the juicer little by little. Save a few sprouts and the oil.

Pour the juice into a glass, stir in the oil and garnish with sprouts. Drink immediately to get the most out of the nutrients.
