Recipes with organic sprouts FRESH SPROUTS

 3 tbsp peas for sprouting
 1 tbsp alfalfa seeds for sprouting
 1 cup fresh pineapple
 20 g cucumber
 1 cup rice or soy milk
 ½ orange
 1 cup fresh mint leaves
 1 tbsp Oil of Life or Udo's Choice
 2 ice cubes

Let the peas soak for 8 hours and sprout for 3-4 days untill the white root is 1-2 cm long.
 Soak the Alfalfa for 8 hours and sprout for 6-7 days till the first leaf unfold. Rinse and the sprouts are ready.


Cut the outer shell of the pineapple slice. Blend all ingredients except a few sprouts untill the consistency is creamy.
 Pour into a glass and serve immediately with a few sprouts on top for garnish.


TIP You can add broccoli sprouts or clover sprouts if you are looking for even more vitamins in your smoothie. Only the white clover is bitter. Red clover on the other hand taste like Alfalfa.
