Rice Rolls with Alfalfa and Pea Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 10 g Alfalfa seeds for sprouts
  • 30 g Peas for sprouts
  • 2 small carrots
  • 1 slice red onion
  • feta cheese
  • dressing to your liking

Instructions
 

  • Sprout the Alfalfa sprout seeds and Peas for sprouts in a sprouter of your choice. The Alfalfa sprouts are ready, when they have leaves. The peas are ready when they have 1 cm long root.
  • Rinse the sprouts and other vegetables. Slice the onion, carrot, cucumber and feta.
  • Place the rice paper in water for 5 sec and place on a wet plate. Place the ingredients on the rice paper and roll it.
  • You can serve the ready rice rolls with the dressing on the side.
  • TIP Clover sprouts and Radish sprouts are also great for these rolls.
