Sprout the Alfalfa seeds and Peas in a sprouter of your choice. The Alfalfa sprouts are ready, when they have leaves. The peas are ready when they have 1 cm long root.
Rinse the sprouts and other vegetables. Slice the onion, carrot, cucumber and feta.
Place the rice paper in water for 5 sec and place on a wet plate. Place the ingredients on the rice paper and roll it.
You can serve the ready rice rolls with the dressing on the side.
