Grow the Clover and Rose radish seeds for sprouts in each half of the SproutPearl. The sprouts are ready for your salad when they have unfolded their first set of small leaves. This takes about 6 days. The small plants are then 15 times larger than the dry seeds from the bag.
When your fresh sprouts are mature for harvest and you are ready to make your dish, just rinse the sprouts free from seed hulls in a large bowl of water. Drain the water away gently and place the sprouts in your chosen bowl for the dish. Save a few rose radish sprouts for garnish.
Add the edame beans and other ingredients to the bowl. Decorate with the radish sprouts and your dish is ready for serving.
