Soak the Alfalfa seeds for 8 hours and sprout them for 7-9 days till the first leaf unfold. Rinse them in a bowl untill the hulls are rinsed away.
Rinse the other ingredients. Cut a slice of orange and set aside for garnish with a little bit of sprouts. Put the ingredients in the blender little by little. Finally, add the ice cubes.
Pour into a nice glass, gently stir the oil in and garnish with orange slice and sprouts.
