Sprouts is the stage from the seed starts to germinate and till it unfolds its first pair of tiny leaves. This stage of a plant is also called ‘the seedling stage’.

You can eat them as snacks, in salads, wraps, smoothies or as topping on any cold or warm dish.

MEASURE THE SEEDS
Sprouts need oxygen and space to thrive, so accurate measurement of the amount is important.
SOAK THE SEEDS
To start the germination in the seeds you must first soak the seeds you wish to grow.
INTO THE SPROUTER
Once your seed seeds have soaked, distribute them evenly in the sprouter where they will grow.
Sprouts love to grow in shade as the sun is too hot. Close to the kitchen sink is a good place.
RINSE YOUR SPROUTS
Sprouts should be a little moist at all times. You obtain this by rinsing with cool drinking water 2 x daily.
HARVEST YOUR SPROUTS
When your sprouts are the desired size, you can harvest, rinse and eat them in all dishes.
