Soak the peas for 8-10 hours until all the peas are clearly full of water. Pour into the sprouter and cultivate them for two days. They are ready when the roots are 1/2 - 1 cm long.
Rince the pea sprouts again one last time, drain the water away and they are ready. Pour into the glass and mix with barries and ice. Sprinkle with decorative, edible glitter and serve.
