COCOA SMOOTHIE WITH FRESH PEA SHOOTS

Ingredients
  

  • 10 g organic peas for pea shoots
  • 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 1 cup cold rice drink
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 fresh almonds

Instructions
 

  • Soak the peas for 8-12 hours until all the peas are round and clearly water-tight. Then grow them for 7-10 days until the pea shoots have reached the desired length. You can grow them with or without soil as I show in the long product description of Pea Shoot peas. When you harvest the mature shoots, you simply pinch off the stalks just above the pea itself. On pea shoots, you only eat the stems and leaves - not the pea and the roots.
  • Save a few pea shoots and the chopped nuts for decoration. Put all other ingredients in the blender and process it until the consistency is as you wish it. Pour in more rice milk if desired.
  • Decorate your smoothie as you wish and serve immediately to get the most out of the beneficial nutrients.
