FENNEL SALAD WITH SUNFLOWER SPROUTS

Ingredients
  

  • 20 g sunflower seeds for sprouts
  • 2 stalks fresh fennel
  • 1 large handful of fresh spinach
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 fresh lime

Instructions
 

  • Soak the sunflower seeds for 8 hours and grow them for 7 days in a SproutSearl Sprouter without soil. Harvest the sprouts and place them in a bowl of water. Remove the shells after 10 minutes in the water. Now your sunflower sprouts are ready for the dish.
  • Rinse all the other ingredients and cut the green. Serve on a plate and with the fresh lime next to it.
