FENNEL SALAD WITH SUNFLOWER SPROUTS
Ingredients
- 20 g sunflower seeds for sprouts
- 2 stalks fresh fennel
- 1 large handful of fresh spinach
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/2 fresh lime
Instructions
- Soak the sunflower seeds for 8 hours and grow them for 7 days in a SproutSearl Sprouter without soil. Harvest the sprouts and place them in a bowl of water. Remove the shells after 10 minutes in the water. Now your sunflower sprouts are ready for the dish.
- Rinse all the other ingredients and cut the green. Serve on a plate and with the fresh lime next to it.
