NAMES
Pinkkale belong to the bothanical family of Brassicaceae. The Latin name for this variety is Brassica oleracea acephala gongyloodes.
TASTE
Pink kale  plants has a taste a little stronger than fully grown, raw broccoli. It is similar to lightly cooked, crisp red kale.
LOOKS
Pink kale  are just 10 cm long as sprouts from root tip to leaf top. As microgreens they are 15 cm long. They are green and white.
NUTRIENTS
Pink kale  microgreens and sprouts contain the nutrients: A, B, C, E, K and Potassium, Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Phosphorus.
EDIBLE PARTS

How to grow Organic Pink kale Sprouts and Microgreens

Measure out the right amount of your organic Pinkkale seeds. Each half of the SproutPearl needs 4 gram seeds.

Soak the Pink kale seeds in fresh, cold, drinking water in a clean glass for 8 hours. Place it in shade in your kitchen.

Pour the Pink kale seeds into your SproutPearl seed tray after soaking and rinse with clean, cool water.

Put the seed tray into the SproutPearl and place it on your clean kitchen counter out of hot sun or cold draft.

Rinse your Pink kale seeds and plants every morning and evening, until they are at your desired growth stage.

Tips for Organic Pink kale Sprouts and Microgreens
MOULDY ROOTS
Pink kale develop fluffy, fine and thin roots. This resemble mould for the first 2-4 days of growth.
But do not worry. They are just a sign that your sprouts are healthy and have enough moisture. The roots are edible.
PRECISE SEED AMOUNT
Pink kale  only thrive, when you let them have enough room around each plant for them to evaporate excess moisture.
