SEED STORAGE METAL TIN
Seed storage metal tin for air tight and dark storage of loose weight sprouting seeds.
Sprouting seeds need to be kept in an air tight container to maintain their sprouting ability. So if you coose to buy the paper seed bags as a environment-friendly choice, I recommend you also purchase these tins for storing the seeds. If not these tins, then you can keep the seeds in any air tight class jar in your cubbord.
The tin has a hinged lid, for an easier open and close of the tin.
SIZE OF METAL TIN FOR SEED STORAGE
The metal tin is avaliable i two sizes. The small is 9 x 9 x 11,5 cm. The medium is 10 x 10 x 14,5 cm. The amount of seeds each tin can hold, depends on the seed variety.

STORE THE SEED TINS
The metal tin has smooth lines and a simple design. This makes it easy to fit into any kitchen style and lets you place it on the table without disturbing the elegant look of the SproutPearl. When you keep the seed tin close by, you will discover, that you will be more willing to quickly start a new round of seeds as you use the harvested sprouts in your food.
You can easily stack the metal tins on top of each other. This even lets you save space on the kitchen table or in your cuppoard.
No matter where you choose to plase the tin, it is important to keep the lid closed and the tin out of direct sun. This will ensure the best shelf life of your seeds.
CLEAN THE METAL TIN
You may put the tin into the dish washer, but I recommend you wash it by hand using the same clean sponge as you use for your SproutPearl. This is due to your need to keep the can bacteria free. Also make sure the can is completely dry before pouring the sprouting seeds into it for storage. This is as dormant seeds need to be kept dry, dark and in air tight containers.
