Green Juice with Sunflower Sprouts
Ingredients
- 20 g Sunflower seeds for sprouts
- 1 fresh turmeric root
- 10 stick fresh ginger
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 2 stick fresh celery leaves
- 30 g fresh cucumber
- 1 tbsp avocado oil, coconut oil or other omega 3 rich oil
Instructions
- Soak the Sunflower seeds for sprouts for 8 hours. Then sprouting them in a SproutPearl sprouter for 7 days until the leaves have turned green. Rinse the sprouts, remove the outer shells and they are ready for your juice.
- Put all the ingredients in the juicer little by little. Save a few sprouts and the oil.
- Pour the juice into a glass, stir in the oil and garnish with sprouts. Drink immediately to get the most out of the nutrients.
