Rice Rolls with Alfalfa and Pea Sprouts
- 10 g Alfalfa seeds for sprouts
- 30 g Peas for sprouts
- 2 small carrots
- 1 slice red onion
- feta cheese
- dressing to your liking
Sprout the Alfalfa sprout seeds and Peas for sprouts in a sprouter of your choice. The Alfalfa sprouts are ready, when they have leaves. The peas are ready when they have 1 cm long root.
Rinse the sprouts and other vegetables. Slice the onion, carrot, cucumber and feta.
Place the rice paper in water for 5 sec and place on a wet plate. Place the ingredients on the rice paper and roll it.
You can serve the ready rice rolls with the dressing on the side.
TIP Clover sprouts and Radish sprouts are also great for these rolls.
