Salad with Clover and Radish Sprouts
Ingredients
- 7 g Clover seeds for sprouts
- 3 g Rose radish seeds for sprouts
- 20 Edame beans
- 2 tbsp organic hummus
- 1 fresh spring onion
- 3 strips of fresh cucumber
Instructions
- Soak the Clover seeds for sprouts and the Rose or Red radish seeds for sprouts in separate glasses of water. Both should soak for 8 hours. Then pour into the sprouter. The sprouts are ready for your salad, when they have unfolded their first set of small leaves. This takes about 6 days.
- When your fresh sprouts are mature for harvest and you are ready to make your dish, just rinse the sprouts free from seed hulls in a large bowl of water. Drain the water away gently and place the sprouts in your chosen bowl for the dish. Save a few rose radish sprouts for garnish.
- Add the edame beans and other ingredients to the bowl. Decorate with the radish sprouts and your dish is ready for serving.
