50 gr seeds provide 30 handfuls of fresh beetroot sprouts or 40 handfuls of crispy microgreens.
You can use the SproutPearl sprouter or the Sprout Jar to cultivate these seeds. They will grow to be less curry flavored as the plants grow bigger.

TASTE
Fenugreek has a subtle taste of iceberg lettuce with a hint of curry. The curry taste gets less pronounced the more light, you give the plants.
LOOKS
Fenugreek is a fragile looking little sprout. As a mature sprout it is 10 cm long from root tip to leaf top. As a microgreen it is 20 cm long.

How to grow Organic Fenugreek Sprouts and Microgreens

Measure out the right amount of your organic Fenugreek seeds. Each half of the SproutPearl tray needs 7 gram seeds.

Soak the seeds in fresh, cold, drinking water in a clean glass for 8 hours. Place it in shade in your kitchen.

Pour the Fenugreek seeds into your SproutPearl seed tray after soaking and rinse with clean, cool water.

Put the seed tray into the SproutPearl and place it on your clean kitchen counter out of hot sun or cold draft.

Rinse your Fenugreek seeds and plants every morning and evening until they are at your desired growth stage.

Your Fenugreek sprouts are mature after 6 days. Your Fenugreek microgreens are ready for harvest after 14 days.
Tips for Organic Fenugreek Sprouts and Microgreens
TASTE
Organic Fenugreek sprouts have a distinct scent and taste of freshly ground curry.
If you prefer the sprouts less tasteful, simple let them grow longer. The taste will fade as the sprouts mature.
SIZE
You can eat your Fenugreek sprouts in two stages: Either when the root is just 1-2 cm or when the sprout has green leaves.
Or you can eat it any time in between the two stages.
