Your home-grown microgreens of Rose radish has a delicious taste of newly harvested radish. Their taste is not as strong as Red radish, but it is still so full, that you only need a few to fill your taste buds. They will go well as taste decor in most green dishes as a spicy ingredient in sandwiches, green salads, dips and wraps.

You can grow your organic Rose radish seeds into either sprouts or microgreens. If your kitchen temperature is 18-23 ° C / 64-73 ° F, your Rose radish sprouts should be ready for harvest after 6 days of cultivation. At the same temperature, they should have grown to mature microgreens after a total of 12 days.
