ORGANIC SPROUTING SEEDS
FOR SPROUTS & MICROGREENS

The organic sprouting seeds you see here are all EU certified organic, non-GMO seeds.

You can grow the seeds into either young sprouts or bigger microgreens all year.
Sprouts grow from dry seed to mature sprout in 2-6 days. Microgreens take 10-20 days.

All you need is seeds, sprout kit, clean water and the guides I provide for you.

HOW TO CHOOSE ORGANIC SPROUTING SEEDS

For an easy choice of your next organic sprouting seed, I have sorted the seeds into five catagories:
Easy* ---- Middle** ---- Gelling** ---- Hard***

EASY SPROUTS *
This group contain legume sprouts from beans, lentils, peas and chickpeas. You can grow them into mature sprouts in just 2-4 days. They will grow in all types of sprouters.
These sprouts are:-- Mungbean ---- Green lentil ---- Red lentil ---- Chickpea ---- Green Pea.

MIDDLE SPROUTS **
This group contain salad and vegetable seeds. You cultivate them until they set leaves as sprouts or microgreens. These sprouts grow from dry seed to mature sprout in just 6-8 days. They will grow in any sprouter.
These sprouts are:-- Alfalfa ---- Broccoli ---- Clover ---- Endive ---- Fenugreek ---- Radish ---- Sunflower.

GELLING SPROUTS **
This group contain herb or pseudo grain seeds. You cultivate them until they set leaves as sprouts or microgreens. These sprouts grow from dry seed to mature sprout in 6 days. They are unique because the seeds form gel, when they get wet. To succeed with this group of sprouts you need to cultivate them on organic cotton or hemp mats.
These sprouts are:-- Cress ---- Chia ---- Mizuna ---- Mustard ---- Rucola ---- Tatsoi.

HARD SPROUTS ***
These sprouts are only 'hard' because they require more time and patience than the other seeds. You cultivate them until they set leaves as sprouts or microgreens. These sprouts grow from dry seed to mature sprout in 10-14 days. They thrive best in a SproutPearl or on organic hemp mat.
These sprouts are:-- Beet ---- Basil ---- Celery ---- Cilantro ---- Dill ---- Fennel ---- Garlic ---- Rice ---- Rubarb.
